Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to PIWIPE software provided by ProİMHA (Tekniknokta Bilişim). Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Credit-Based System
PIWIPE uses a credit-based pricing model. Purchased credits are consumed only for successful data erasure operations. Failed wipes — including connection failures, device errors, or cancellations — consume zero credits.
2. One-Time License
One-time license purchases are digital products. Refunds are not accepted once the license key has been delivered and activated. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The software could not be launched at all within 7 days of purchase
- A critical bug exists that our technical support team was unable to resolve
- The wrong product was purchased and has not been used
3. Subscription Plans
For monthly subscriptions, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that no credits have been used during that period. After 7 days or once at least 1 credit has been consumed, no refunds will be issued. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please use our contact form or send an email to info@piwipe.com. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Partially or fully consumed credit packages
- Activated one-time licenses after the 7-day window
- Issues caused by user-side configuration errors
- Unsupported OS or hardware incompatibility (system requirements are clearly stated before purchase)
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product
